About these terms
These terms apply to the Divine by Helene website, member area, digital programs, coaching, subscriptions, bookings and events supplied by HELENE M. BAKKEJORD, organisation number 937 951 752, Hølandsgata 2C, 0655 Oslo, Norway. By placing an order or using a paid service, you agree to the terms shown at checkout together with these terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
Health and suitability
Divine provides general fitness, movement, Pilates, flexibility, nutrition education and coaching. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms, and seek qualified medical advice before starting if you are injured, pregnant, postpartum, have a medical condition or are unsure whether the activity is suitable. Individual results vary; a particular result, including a full split within 28 days, is not guaranteed.
Digital programs and member access
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased material for the access period shown at checkout. You may not copy, resell, share login details, redistribute videos or downloads, or use the material commercially. Access may be paused to protect an account or investigate misuse, with reasonable notice where practical.
Coaching and subscriptions
1:1 coaching starts only after a fit conversation and written confirmation of scope, price, start date, check-in rhythm and any minimum period. Changes, pauses, cancellations and rescheduling follow that written agreement and the terms displayed at purchase. Coaching depends on timely, honest information and active participation from the client.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices and currency are shown before payment. Stripe processes card payments. Recurring charges, if any, are clearly identified before purchase and continue until cancelled under the applicable plan terms. You are responsible for accurate billing details. We may suspend access after a failed or reversed payment while the issue is resolved.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Norwegian and EEA consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, checkout may ask for express consent to begin delivery and acknowledgement that this can affect the withdrawal right. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be limited. Refunds and cancellations otherwise follow the offer-specific terms shown before purchase. Contact hello@hbakkejord.com promptly if something is wrong.
Events, availability and changes
Event dates, locations, capacity, cancellation conditions and any travel responsibility are shown in the relevant booking. Digital content and schedules may be improved or replaced over time without materially reducing what you purchased. Planned maintenance and circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for how you perform exercises, the environment and equipment you use, and decisions based on general educational information. To the extent permitted by law, Divine is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by use contrary to instructions. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
